Initial Session

Service Description

Your initial appointment will focus on getting to know you and your needs. It is not uncommon to not really know what your needs are when coming for support. If that is the case, do not worry, we will figure it out together. Initial appointments are typically 1 1/2 hours long, whereas subsequent appointments are typically 1 hour. However, either type of appointment can be extended if needed.
